Yigan detoxification treatment of 56 Cases of Chronic Hepatitis B

Abstract Objective Yigan detoxification treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods 87 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group, 56 patients given Yigan Decoction, 31 patients were given liver protection therapy, major clinical symptoms observed after treatment, signs, improvement of liver function and hepatitis B virus negative rate of serum markers. The treatment group significantly improved clinical symptoms, serum ALT, AST levels were significantly decreased and serum HBeAg, anti-HBc negative rates were 64.29% and 26.79%, and its treatment than the control group.
