Internal Logistics: the receiving, storage and distribution associated with various activities, such as raw materials handling , warehousing, inventory control, vehicle scheduling and return to the supplier.
production operations: The final product will be put into the form-related activities, such as mechanical processing, packaging, assembly, equipment maintenance, testing and so on.

markets and marketing: to provide the buyer with the means to buy products related to the purchase and guide them in various activities such as advertising, promotion, sales force, channel building.

involved in any industry in the value of the various auxiliary activities can be divided into four basic types:
Procurement: refers to the purchase of various inputs used to value chain activities, procurement of both including the procurement of production materials, including supporting activities related to purchasing behavior, such as R & D equipment purchases and so on.
technology development: Each activity includes the value of technology fully, whether it is technical know-how, procedures, or in the process equipment reflected in the technology.
human resources management: including all types of personnel involved in the recruitment, hiring, training, development and remuneration and other activities. Human resources management not only for basic and supplementary activities play a supporting role,
